Our 'workspace" at Kudjip is compact and well laid out. On one side of a long central walkway are the 4 inpatient wards and on the other side are the ER, Outpatient Clinic, Operating Room, and Central Supply. Ancillary services of  X-Ray, Pharmacy, and Lab are nearby.

| The Lab does basic testing and prepares blood for transfusion. Common tests include CBCs, malaria, HIV, liver function, kidney function, and urinalysis. A separate lab does CD4 counts for the AIDS patients. |

| Chaplain John and several other chaplains minister to the patients spiritual needs. |
