He is risen! He is risen indeed!
Our day started at 4:30 AM with drums signaling that the sunrise hike up to Mbingo hill was about to begin. We enjoyed the sunrise service with about 150 people and then walked down to main church for another full service - what a wonderful way to celebrate the resurrection of our Saviour!!
Early this afternoon, Dr. Sara and Christoph Berger hosted an open house - they have served here for 2 years and will be returning to their home in Switzerland next week.
Then, we were thankful to be able to watch the streaming live video of our home church's Easter service - the signal was strong with few interruptions and Susie enjoyed singing along with her choir friends!
